The programme's impact is measured through indicators such as teacher reaction, learning, practice improvement, and student competency, with a current focus on districts like Thane, Mumbai, Nashik, Palghar, Chandrapur, and Gadchiroli, aiming to positively influence the lives of approximately 264,000 children through the teachers it supports.

CEQUE's Mentor Leaders programme collaborates with UNICEF and the Government of Maharashtra to train Kendra Pramukhs in academic leadership, focusing on data-based planning to support teachers effectively. Through the Kendra Pramukh Academic Leadership Program (KPALP), 4,000 Kendra Pramukhs across Maharashtra are equipped with skills in data analysis, classroom observations, and feedback provision to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
