Vashisth Convent School managed by Vashisth Gramoudoga Seva Sansthan was founded in the year 1995 by Dr K.B.Misra an ex I.A.F officer after his retir Read moreement with a mission and vision to educate children in rural and backward areas. He choose his own home village to start it ., though his family members wanted him to settle in the city after his retirement and pass his old age time and take a rest. But as a soldier, he always did something for his motherland, and hence against the Will of his family, he decided to stay in his village and educate the children of his own locality. He invested all his retirement funds in building this school, and for him running the school was not easy as the fee collection in rural areas was very low and poor. So to meet the expenses he has to spend from his old age pension. Now after his death in the year 2015 Nov 2nd. We here at Vashisth Convent School are constantly working to continue his mission to grow. Thousands of children are educated through this school in these past 24 years. We still are in the hope and mode to improve this school to cater the modern and latest education to children of this school and area. This shall be a better place for learning and empowering skills for the Next Generation.
