We are operating in 4 slums, and 3 villages in 2 Blocks of Thiruchrippalli Dist, Tamilnadu state, India. SWIT visions on To enable the society to access all developmental means through livelihood creation and poverty eradication Our services mainly focusing on (a) Livelihood supports to widow and young women victims of domestic violence, (b) Child Education to slum and vulnerable area school going children and single parental care children, (c) Health Care programs enables the access to medical facilities in rural and slum areas through medical camp, (d) Skill Development Training to women and adolescent girls to make them an entrepreneur etc., Our special program on: Slum Adoption in StalinNagar, Ariyamangalam village,Tiruchirapalli dist focusing about 236 children and women in 48 families who involved in garbage’s and hazardous wastes collection activities in the Dump yard the program trying to facilitate them for proper shelters, drainage, drinking water, livelihood enhancement programs and prevention of dropouts, supporting continual education of the slum children etc., SWIT has a legally constituted governing body with 3 members and a qualified staff personals, dedicated volunteer team for better service performances and we are having all legal amenities and recognition.
