In the Jharsuguda district, Anchalik Jana Kalyan Anusthan (AJKA) has been focussing on participatory governance, community adolescents' health, sustai Read morenable livelihoods, and high-quality secondary education. Promoting women, children, and adolescent groups from Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, and other underprivileged communities through welfare activities for sustainable livelihoods has become a cornerstone of our approach. Building capacity, networking, and cooperation are the three primary techniques used by AJKA to carry out its many programs and operations efficiently. AJKA also includes launching discussions on various development issues and coming up with efficient systems for quick responses to them in its strategy. One of AJKA's primary strategies is now collaborating with a collection of organisations, both locally and nationally, to promote advocacy, awareness-raising, information sharing, and lobbying. Another crucial organisational tactic that should be included in all developmental interventions is mainstreaming gender. The organisation has become a learning organisation by using a bottom-up, more practical, and realistic approach when making improvements.

AJKA has been working for over 21 years, expanding its reach to multiple districts including Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Deogarh, and Sundargarh.
