In the year 1996, to help young women the association started its operation with a small numbe Read morer of trainees to impart training in tailoring, beautician, computer, handicrafts, embroidery, etc. with limited resources but firmly the association had been receiving a progressive response and trainees had started a feeling for free from economic burden by starting earning from the skill they learned with the help of the association then got itself registered under WB societies registration act 1961, in the year 2000. Since the inception of the institute is imparting vocational training to trainees especially women for their self-employment with vast experience trainers. courses especially running are tailoring and cutting, sewing, garments making, embroidery, handicrafts, computer education and many other courses, socio-economic development of trainees through livelihood support SHGs initiative and empowerment to create self-employment in north Bengal adjoining 5 to 6 districts covered.
