ASHWASTI- EICT DRF is a non-profit organization registered under Society Registration Act.1860. We work in the Social Sector with a focus on Educatio Read moren, Health and Development. Our target population is vulnerable sections of society, SCs, Dalits, STs and economically backward groups. The aim and objectives of the organizations were envisaged in the background of Development keeping in mind the issues related to the underprivileged and vulnerable sections of society. The society is registered to work pan-India but presently our activities are limited to the NCT of Delhi. Vision: To develop a global society without boundaries Mission: To aim for comprehensive development (across the sectors viz., education, health etc.) by adopting the bottom-up approach of development Objectives: To target the vulnerable sections of society to empower them and bring them at par with their other counterparts socially, politically, economically, physically and in every other aspect Sectors: Social Sector with a focus on education, health, comprehensive development, etc Activities: Welfare activities, Training. Advocacy, Awareness, Education, Counseling, Social/Economic development, livelihood, Counselling Personal experience of President: Actively worked in various Govt/Non-Govt/ International Projects and Research at the middle to senior level, funded by Indian and foreign donor Agencies. Have experience working in research, surveys, implementation, intervention etc. types of Research Projects Geographical area of work: All over India. Presently, working in Delhi primarily Target Groups: Vulnerable and weaker sections of the society viz., children, youth, women, SCs, STs, OBCs, BPL etc.
