In India, about 50% of girls and women aged 15-19 grapple with period poverty, resorting to cloth or makeshift pads due to limited access to menstrual hygiene products, leading to heightened risks of infections and hindrances to their education. Globally, similar challenges persist for women and girls. To address this, support is requested to sustain girls' education in government schools, with donations facilitating classrooms accommodating 12 girls or entire schools supporting 60 or more girls for a year, with tax relief available under Section 80G. Donations aim to provide menstrual hygiene kits, transitioning girls from makeshift to sanitary pads, and ensuring continued school attendance across India.

Poor quality healthcare and treatment significantly contribute to deaths among Indians, particularly impacting those residing in remote villages, smaller towns, and cities. To address this, the flagship Care on Wheels program offers comprehensive free services including doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, medications, vaccinations, home visits, referrals, and health awareness sessions. The program serves as a vital link for last-mile connectivity, particularly targeting underserved and unreached areas, aligning with the Government of India's national urban and rural Health Missions' Mobile Medical Units. By providing essential healthcare access and raising awareness, Care on Wheels strives to mitigate health disparities and improve the well-being of communities across India.
