Nikalas Foundation is a Not-for-Profit organization established to propagate premium educational practices inherited from its parent body, Somalwar Ed Read moreucation Society, a 110-year-old educational institution based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Our flagship program “ANUBHAV” stands for ‘Anubhavatmak Shiksha’ which means learning from experiences. Anubhav is a movement whichinculcates a culture of experiential learning in the school education system. Anubhav is based on National Education Policy 2020 recommendations, NIPUN Bharat Mission, and Learning Outcomes prescribed in National Achievement Survey NAS. Through this program, we are putting forth our best contribution towards sustainable development goal 4 by mitigating learning crises in the foundational years of education.

Anubhav - Transforming School Education
StateAnubhav is a flagship program of the Nikalas Foundation. It represents 'Anubhavatmak Shiksha' or 'Experiential Learning'.
The programme makes use of specially created kits that are exactly aligned with the science and math curriculum for each grade. The kits are an effective teaching and learning tool that significantly raises the learning objectives of each class period.
The inception of 'Anubhav' commences with an extensive training programme for educators on experiential learning methodology, succeeded by the integration of kits into the regular teaching and learning process. An evaluation of the program's impact concludes it. Throughout the implementation, Team Nikalas Foundation is accessible to provide prompt query resolution.

PARIVARTAN - Transforming Schools
StateAs the name implies, "Parivartan" refers to our school transformation initiatives. Aside from the academics, we assume responsibility for the complete overhaul of the schools in these initiatives. Under the 'Parivartan' programme, our staff is capable of managing the following tasks.
