About

Identifying the needs of the populations in different semi-urban and rural areas opening our branches in those areas and developing an ecosystem by e Read morencouraging the local population of these areas to be employed, educated, and can live a better life. This successful model is helping us to attract more and more members who want to park their money. With the steady flow of funds, we can impact more and more families to be financially independent. We are also able to increase our network as we are working on mega social projects sponsored by big corporates as a CSR implementing agency. Our tie-up with a different organization that provides services like skill-based education, portable and affordable soil testing kits for farmers, and domestic solar systems also helps to broaden our network and contribute to expanding the number of customers and beneficiaries. We are planning to penetrate remote rural areas by operating mobile vans that can take care of the skill-based education of the youth, extending financial support to the micro-entrepreneurs, and providing employment to the local youths.  We could help close to 4000 micro-entrepreneurs, mostly females, to run their businesses successfully. They are not only offered micro-loans but also business mentoring, helping them to market their products and get better prices. This measure also helps them to repay the loan EMI on time and there is almost zero NPA for us. This financial independence of the women also reduces the school dropout ratio of their children and the women have a better say in their domestic decision-making. Employing the husbands of these women micro-entrepreneurs in different projects reduces domestic violence drastically.  We will impact quality education and for this, we have joined hands with another leading foundation in India and both of us will impact the masses by offering skill-based education. The other impact area is developing more and more women micro-entrepreneurs and helping them to be financially independent. We have also decided to impact society by engaging the masses to work for the environment. We have successfully piloted the project “HIRAVA”, which means GREEN, in which a perfect synchronization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) has been designed to offer a unique solution for the environment.  We are focused on working on all 17 areas of SDG-17. But being a new organization, our resources are limited and we are picking up 1 goal at a time working on it, and then taking up the next goals. We are greatly working by involving the masses by creating awareness and through their participation.
