Vision : Every child has access to high quality education for holistic growth (inner and outer). This is enabled by an education system that is a lea Read morerning organisation, continuously growing. The school & community is thus a learning organisation, with the every member being the lever of growth. Mission: Transform education by creating lifelong learners and learning communities to enable conscious learning and leadership. CE’s primary role is to support and assist educational institutions as a catalyst for change and empowering leadership within the institution. Inspire and proliferate learning communities and self-driven facilitators Our Practice of Change At Creatnet Education, we believe in the idea of life-long learning. Human beings are curious by nature and it is our eagerness to learn and grow that drives action. Our institutions are reflections and manifestations of our thoughts, thus changing the system starts with changing ourselves. The idea of change at CE is deeply linked to the idea of learning. Effective and long lasting change happens when people begin to let go of their deeply held beliefs and start making the journey from being reactive to responsive. Our programs build upon the inherent capacity of the human beings to bring about a change in themselves and as a result change the very institutions and structures they are a part of. Programs and Key milestones Creatnet Education creates self driven learning communities in two dimensions: the education systems space and the community space. Young Leaders Program
StateThe Young Leaders Programme began in that year. It quickly spread to create communities of facilitators who began to support young people's learning. The curriculum asks that students take ownership of their education and shift the emphasis back to them. Therefore, the Young Leaders Program's goal is to empower students to become aware, imaginative, and lifelong learners so they may innovate, overcome obstacles, and develop into self-driven leaders.

Teacher Leadership Program
StateThe goal of the Teacher Leader Programme is to create a community of conscious teachers and students. It is a framework for fostering awareness growth and developing the skills necessary for educators in the twenty-first century. To ensure a better future, we must spark a movement in practice where teaching and learning are viewed as essential components of existence. A teacher leads learning by influencing what and how students learn. Teachers can facilitate the learning of future leaders by implementing the TLP framework.
