Through unique yoga camps and workshops, which are based on the classical Patanjali School of Yoga, HSP has taught thousands of people throughout Karnataka how to practise yoga. There are also regular meditation and pranayama classes. Numerous individuals have benefited from our yoga camps and have shared stories of improved health, including the curing of chronic illnesses. Many others have adopted yoga as a new way of life. Yoga has been included in the Karnataka government's curriculum. This makes the HSP very proud.

Under the auspices of Hindu Seva Pratishthana, the Prasanna Online Counselling Centre is a unique establishment committed to offering free counselling and guidance services to the underprivileged. In response to the recent pandemic, online counselling was introduced to allow clients to receive counselling from the comfort of their homes.
