Creative Group is registered trust under PTR/F/9123/Thane working in the area of rural health care since year 2000. Considering non availability of b Read moreasic healthcare facilities before few years, group of friends formed Creative Group Trust in Titwala. They started creative polyclinic in the year Oct 28, 2000. Creative polyclinic started facilities like specialist doctors of skin, Orthopedic, Eye specialist, ENT, Gynecologist, Dentist, X-Ray, Nebulizer, Dental Department, Pathology, Physiotherapy lab, ECG in affordable cost. After 12 years of dedicated services creative group started "SHREE MAHAGANAPATI HOSPITAL" which is first 50 bedded secondary care level multi-specialty hospital Titwala. The land for Multi specialty hospital have been gifted by Smt. Pramila Vasant Dalal in the year Sept, 2007. Titwala is surrounded by 68 villages and hence, need primary medical care keeping the vision to reach grass route level & needy people, When Creative group started working on this project many organizations, corporates and individuals helped them.

The trust operates Shree Mahaganpati Hospital, conducts medical camps, and collaborates with organizations to improve rural healthcare infrastructure.
