Our particular focus is on marginalised groups that are at risk of social exclusion due to their socioeconomic status. These groups include first-generation college students, people with disabilities, people of colour, and others who have been marginalised by societal norms.

We assess and map each person's competencies, and then, via agency building, we mentor our beneficiaries to help them realise their full potential and get ready for the workforce.
