SHAPE India offers a range of vocational training programmes aimed at providing young, particularly women and adolescent girls, with skills that will enable them to secure jobs or begin their own income-generating ventures. Numerous topics are covered in training, including beauty culture, IT education, cutting and tailoring, embroidery, and more. to help girls become self-sufficient and economically independent so they can stand on their own two feet. By providing them with appropriate industrial jobs and enabling them to become self-sufficient in order to begin their employment, we hope to lower the rate of unemployment among teenagers.

An efficient use of resources to reduce HIV in the community is targeted intervention (TI). It is an affordable way to connect with those who are most vulnerable to HIV. The following groups are targeted: IDs (injured drug users), TGs (transgender), pub girls and MSMs (male sex workers).
India wants to lessen the HIV infections that are affecting our society. Targeted programmes provide high-risk populations (FSW and Bar Girls) with care and preventative services.
