Since 1982, our organization has been operating a Girls High School in Karghar village, ensuring continued education for girl children, particularly focusing on their matriculation. This school accommodates students from 6th to 10th grade. Although initially offering education from 1st grade, financial constraints forced us to limit it to 6th through 10th grades, with the belief that matriculation opens doors to college education. Despite infrastructural limitations, we strive to enhance facilities annually to meet student needs. Currently, the school employs 10 teachers, including two women, along with a headmaster, sports teacher, clerk, and two peons. Notably, our school has a commendable track record, with several alumni excelling in various fields, including engineering. In the present academic year, 53 students were enrolled in 10th grade, with 18 appearing for matriculation exams, and 14 passing successfully.
