Getting Students Ready for Professional Development
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, or STEM, is an essential component of 21st-century education.
In 2016, CREA became the first school in Tiruchirapalli to implement STEM instruction.
However, a growing number of educators are realising that ARTS should be given equal weight because knowledge of philosophy, history, and performing arts can open our eyes to new perspectives that help us understand the complexity of the modern world and better prepare our students to engage in meaningful citizenship.
A progressive introduction of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) programme is underway.
