The Breakfast Revolution

1 in 2 children in India is malnourished and 9 in 10 girls are anaemic; and just last year, India lost over 500,000 children to malnutrition! The Bre Read moreakfast Revolution (TBR) was specifically created in 2014 to combat the epidemic of hunger and malnutrition in India. We have been on an aggressive path to reach the most deserving populations with high quality, nourishing meals. Our revolutionary and holistic nutrition program is evidence-based, affordable, and impactful. We provide tasty, nutritious, inexpensive, and safe breakfasts to poor children in anganwadis (pre-schools), schools, hospitals, and low-income communities. This nutritious breakfast fulfils the gaps in the midday-meal-program by providing most of the child’s daily requirement of vitamins, minerals, and protein in one meal itself.

TBR envisions an India where every individual has meaningful access to information and foods to fight malnutrition, with a mission to combat the epidemic of hunger and malnutrition in the country.

TBR has built an online nutrition analytics platform called 'Malnutrition Tracker' that measures the effectiveness of nutrition programs, and has provided more than 5 million relief meals and supplements during the COVID-19 pandemic.
