Project SuiDhagaJi aims to empower women through skill development. The initiative provides sewing machines, training materials, a suitable workspace, and a dedicated trainer. The training centre serves as a fundamental tailoring learning hub, offering specialized courses in embroidery and soft-toy making. Participants acquire valuable knowledge and skills, enabling them to establish their productive units for personal growth. Notably, the SudDhagaJi centre in Mumbai, as part of the "Har Ghar Tiranga" project, produced over 75,000 flags. The program also inclusively welcomes women from the transgender community, fostering a diverse and supportive environment.

STREAMline, facilitated by IDF, is dedicated to aiding students in preparing for competitive exams like JEE and NEET, essential for securing admission to medical and engineering colleges. The programme specifically targets underprivileged students, selected through entrance exams, aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews. Geared towards economically weaker sections, a team of faculties and counsellors guide and prepare selected students for entrance exams. The initiative, launched on January 26, 2021, operates at Pragnya Bodhini High School, Goregaon East, Mumbai, in collaboration with Phasor Academy, with the ambitious goal of creating "Super 200" by 2030 – producing 100 doctors and 100 IITians.

Project Dignity

Project Dignity strives to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene and offers free sanitary pads/kits for a year to needy students. The initiative ensures that these students have uninterrupted access to essential facilities for a comfortable menstrual experience. Each Dignity kit comprises 96 sanitary pads, 4 undergarments, 2 soaps, 2 towels, and 1 cloth bag, with over 100,000 kits distributed to date. In collaboration with AMSA India, medical students organise the distribution, aiming to extend support to 1 million women and girls across India, emphasizing menstrual and health hygiene management.

Project Ashayein
Project Aashayein – A Ray of Hope aims to support underprivileged children by providing books and stationary materials at the beginning of the academic year. IDF distributes these educational kits to children in various Bal Gurukuls across India, emphasizing the significance of education. The initiative seeks to prevent school dropouts, encouraging these children to stay in school and complete their education. Through Project Aashayein, IDF strives to be a catalyst for positive change, offering a ray of hope for a brighter future through access to essential educational resources.

Meals to Heals Programme
The Meals to Heals campaign, initiated by IDF, focuses on providing dry ration food packets to daily wage workers and underprivileged families during challenging times such as lockdowns and natural disasters like earthquakes and cyclones. Each ration kit includes 5 kgs of rice, 5 kgs of wheat flour, 1 kg of lentils, 1 litre of refined oil, 1 kg of sugar, and 1 kg of salt. Successfully reaching visually impaired individuals and families financially affected by the lockdown, IDF extends support to those grappling with health challenges, distributing these essential kits among the families of TB and cancer patients.
