Through its health interventions, SGJSS has directly improved the quality of life for thousands of families. Under the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program (2009–14), the organization screened over 70,000 individuals and supported more than 20,000 patients with medicines and follow-up care, contributing to a measurable reduction in TB incidence in Alwar and Karoli districts. As Rajasthan’s state coordinator for the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (2014–2023), SGJSS impacted millions of women by ensuring access to financial incentives, antenatal care, and nutritional support. These initiatives have helped reduce maternal mortality rates, increase institutional deliveries, and improve overall maternal health outcomes.

SGJSS’s work has enabled thousands of women to achieve economic independence. Its nutrition and food distribution training (2011–13) reached over 1,200 women supervisors and Anganwadi workers, benefiting more than 10,000 pregnant women and children. More recently, the sanitary napkin manufacturing program supported by NABARD has trained 90 women and raised menstrual health awareness among 20,000 others, paving the way for both sustainable livelihoods and improved hygiene practices. Women engaged in these initiatives report enhanced confidence, financial literacy, and decision-making power in their households and communities.

By promoting education and digital skills, SGJSS has opened doors of opportunity for marginalized groups. Over 1,500 orphans gained access to education and healthcare through SGJSS initiatives, while rural literacy programs under NDLM (2014–16) and PMGDISHA (2017–19) empowered more than 35,000 villagers with computer and internet proficiency. This has not only enhanced employability but also improved access to e-governance, online banking, and healthcare services, bridging the rural-urban digital divide.
