This programme has benefitted 464 students across nine schools, providing support, encouragement, and guidance. Notably, it acknowledges academic excellence by awarding prizes to high-achieving students and extends scholarships to those in need during a significant annual event.

The initiative termed ADMS dedicates itself to mentoring 84 deserving Asha Deep students, ranging from 1st to 8th standard. It provides these youngsters with an innovative and aesthetically pleasing learning environment situated near Sursagar. Maintaining a student-to-teacher ratio of 10:1 ensures each child receives personalized attention. Alongside academic support, ADMS places equal importance on extracurricular activities and holistic development, fostering a well-rounded growth approach for these students.

Since its inception in 2005, the Open Scholarship initiative has steadily expanded its reach, now benefiting nearly 3,800 students spanning from 8th standard to graduation. This flagship programme distinguishes itself through personalized assessments and periodic reassessments of the students it supports. Annually, it disburses scholarships amounting to Rs. 1.2 crores, emphasizing the commitment to fostering educational pursuits among deserving individuals.

The Kayakalp initiative strives for the comprehensive development of deserving students in 9th to 12th standard. It produces a holistic transformation through a combination of regular schooling and daily Kayakalp classes, each lasting over 3 hours, held at Baroda High School, Danteshwar. These sessions encompass various aspects such as personality development, Spoken English, and more. Currently, it supports a group of over 150 students, offering them free transportation, study materials, uniforms, and other essentials, ensuring their access to quality education and overall growth.
