Programs

  • Tech Her Forward

Tech Her Forward is a gender-based STEM education program for adolescent girls between 13-18 in rural India. Through this program, we introduce coding and digital literacy and 21st century skills in government and low-budget private schools. The program aims to address the vast gender gap in the field of technology.

With an initial batch of 50 adolescent girls in rural India in 2019, the program has inspired, educated, and equipped 1600+ girls with coding and 21st-century skills to help them make informed career and life choices in Raichur, Karnataka and Yemmiganur, Andhra Pradesh.

  • Rural Youth Skilling Program

The intervention focuses on training underserved rural youth on 21st-century skills and enables them to be ready for the jobs of today and tomorrow.

Our approach is centred on empowering youth aged 18-32 with important 21st-century skills like communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, digital literacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and others. We do this by organizing capacity-building sessions every week for college youth, applying activity-driven pedagogy.

  • Storytelling Saturday

The Storytelling Saturday program is a Foundational Literacy and Social-Emotional Learning initiative for children aged 4-6 years old. Using the art of storytelling and narration, we cultivate curiosity among young learners. Our approach leverages play-based learning methodologies to foster age-appropriate Foundational Literacy and SEL skills.
