The course emphasizes simulated hands-on training with ongoing assessments and issues certificates through CSC Academy after successful completion, ensuring learners are computer literate with practical skills for day-to-day life.

The CSC Academy prioritizes educating and empowering rural masses in India through specialized courses, leadership, communication skills, and entrepreneurship promotion. Essential to executing this vision is the crucial role of VLE training, achieved through extensive use of ICT and delivering specialized programmes, ensuring widespread access to training and community development initiatives. It aims to establish and sustain an online learning environment, facilitating large-scale e-learning opportunities for learners nationwide, especially for VLEs in remote regions.

The Stree Swabhiman Project aims to empower rural and semi-urban women, fostering self-reliance and promoting a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle. Conceived to create opportunities for women, CSC's initiatives, including Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) for distributing sanitary napkin pads, have garnered substantial response. These efforts contribute to women's well-being, emphasizing the importance of self-sufficiency and sustainable living in rural and semi-urban communities.

Toppr, an eLearning content provider catering to classes 5th through 12th, focuses on the school curriculum, engineering & medical test preparation, and scholarship exams. Offering diverse learning resources such as video tutorials, All India Test Series, customizable tests, performance reporting, Gamification, and doubt resolution by expert tutors, Toppr ensures accessible learning via a mobile app for on-the-go education. The CSC Digital Sahaayak School programme, utilizing Toppr, effectively enhances students' learning skills, while the CSC Bal Vidyalaya initiative aims to establish pre-schools for nurturing confident and enthusiastic learners in rural areas.

DigitalBeti, in collaboration with 5,000 designated CSCs, aims to assist citizens in registering on Facebook. The initiative includes training 2,50,000 rural individuals across multiple states, including Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh. The training focuses on enhancing digital literacy, encompassing skills related to social media, specifically Facebook, and digital marketing. The programme strives to empower rural citizens with the knowledge and capabilities to navigate the digital landscape effectively.
