Centre for Initiative of Edu encouragement and Ambition (CIEA) Foundation was established in September 2018 under section 7 of The Companies Act, 201 Read more3 at Kanpur, the industrial capital of Uttar Pradesh state. The organization came to legal existence when a group of few extremely veteran social workers from different sub-sectors of development and education joined hands with each other and resolved to institutionalize their vision of sustainable community resources. The organization believes that the communities can be sustainably nurtured and developed through different spheres of integrated education like agriculture, livelihood, health and the environment. Keeping scheduled caste, tribes and other vulnerable communities in focus, residing in difficult forest areas respect the knowledge and skills prevailing among these communities and would always put its efforts to harness their local knowledge hence ensuring a more balanced lifestyle with regular and stable income resources along with ecological sensitization. The organization is committed to working in close coordination with communities and other stakeholders holistically whereby economic security can be ensured to resolve related challenges of migration, poor health, education etc.

The foundation envisions a society where every individual has access to quality education and the resources necessary to achieve their ambitions. Its mission is to empower marginalized populations through educational programs, mentorship, and skill development initiatives, fostering self-reliance and community advancement.
