The Autism Training Program was launched in 2017 in response to the specific needs of children with autism. Dedicated staff members have been appointed to cater to the unique requirements of these children. The school currently accommodates 40 children with autism who undergo assessment by psychiatrists using the Indian Scale for Assessment of Autism. A tailored programme is devised to provide ongoing training, including special education, sensory integration, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, music therapy, play therapy, hydrotherapy, sand therapy, and behaviour modification therapy.

The Early Intervention and Stimulation Centre caters to children aged 0 to 6 years facing delayed milestone challenges. Therapeutic interventions and stimulation are provided to utilize their crucial developmental period. Over 50 parents from across Kanyakumari district bring their children here regularly for training and therapies. Parents receive counselling and are trained to educate their children, fostering a collaborative effort to maximize development. The goal is to prepare the child for a life closer to normalcy, enabling their integration into mainstream education and training under the regular state board.

The CBR programmes extends to eight villages in and around Kanyakumari district. Family-Based Rehabilitation (FBR) is an integral part of the services. Additionally, the school operates a CBR centre in Puthalam, a rural coastal village lacking proper transportation options. Due to the students' inability to commute independently, rehabilitation training is provided to mentally challenged children directly within their community. This initiative also includes raising awareness within the community about mental health challenges and the available rehabilitation support.
