EOFO's Livelihood, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Programme empowers women from underserved communities to achieve economic independence through market-oriented skills, entrepreneurship support, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. The programme goes beyond vocational training by equipping women with technical skills, financial and digital literacy, business planning, product development, pricing, branding, and market linkages. Women are supported to form self-help groups, register their enterprises, access government livelihood schemes, and connect with local and digital markets. Through continuous mentoring, exposure visits, and leadership development, the programme builds women's confidence to start or strengthen their own enterprises, increase household incomes, and become active contributors to their families and communities. By combining skill building with entrepreneurship and ecosystem support, EOFO enables women to transition from informal, low-paid work to dignified and sustainable livelihoods.

Community-Based Women Leadership Programme nurtures women from underserved communities to become confident leaders, advocates, and changemakers within their own neighbourhoods. Grounded in feminist and intersectional principles, the programme strengthens women's leadership by building their knowledge of gender equality, constitutional rights, government schemes, community mobilisation, communication, conflict resolution, and advocacy. Through structured fellowship programmes, mentoring, peer learning circles, and practical community action, women develop the confidence and skills to identify local issues, engage with government institutions, facilitate community dialogues, and mobilise collective action. The programme encourages women to lead initiatives on education, health, livelihoods, gender justice, and social inclusion, creating a network of grassroots leaders who amplify community voices, influence local decision-making.

The programme focuses on strengthening Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) for children who struggle with basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills while providing remedial education and age-appropriate learning support. Recognising that many adolescent girls discontinue their education due to poverty, gender norms, early responsibilities, or limited access to schools, EOFO works closely with families, schools, and community stakeholders to identify out-of-school and dropout girls, facilitate their re-enrolment, and support their continued education. Through bridge learning centres, life skills education, parental engagement, career guidance, and regular mentoring, the programme creates an enabling environment
