Deepak Sansthan is a grassroots non-profit organization working with the families of silicosis and occupational disease victims of Rajasthan in the d Read moreistricts of Udaipur, Sirohi, Banswara, Dungarpur, Kota, Bhilwara and Rajsascamand etc. The organization has assisted about 7000 people in the area in getting silicosis patient certificates from the government and their link to government benefits and making a plans to work with his family. Since its establishment in the year 2001-02, the organization has started lighting a lamp in the dark areas of the families suffering from silicosis and occupational diseases so that their children get a good future and widowed wives get a good life. Deepak Sansthan is constantly striving to make education, health and financially self-dependent for the widowed women, adolescent girls and boys, and children of the victims. Deepak Sansthan will establish Occupational Patient Rehabilitation Centre in every district of the state of Rajasthan, under which old age homes for old people of the affected families, health centre for health, residential schools for children, women training canters for skill development and employment of women and adolescents, Will set up garden and cowshed.
