Elderly people, the homeless, people with physical disabilities, and anybody else disregarded by society are our responsibility to soothe and care for. No matter what their circumstances or status, people need to be respected. Through the Mohanji Home of Seniors in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, Ammucare offers a safe and attentive environment with all the necessities, including food, clothing, and medical help, to the old, neglected, and underprivileged. To give the impoverished elderly living in an assisted living facility—which Ammucare has long supported—a long-term haven, the project was envisioned in late 2018. The land acquisition activities culminated at the end of 2019 after years of labour. Because of its proximity and breathtaking views of the Arunachala mountain, the site was carefully picked.

Act 4 Hunger is an international initiative that helps us provide food that is free from violence and artificial barriers based on caste, colour, creed, nationality, or culture. In partnership with numerous corporations, non-governmental organisations, people, schools, etc., Annadaan Sevas are taking place throughout India. Ammucare opened regular kitchens in Delhi, Ganeshpuri, Shirdi, and Badlapur. Ammucare has been providing freshly cooked meals to a variety of people in Delhi as part of its "Livelihood Project," including the elderly, the homeless, construction workers, rickshaw pullers, children, and animals. Additionally, the crew preparing food from the Leprosy colony is paid a steady wage.
