It invites individuals to participate in LonePack Letters 2019, a campaign aimed at spreading joy and supporting mental health awareness. Participants can contribute by crafting digital letters from anywhere, which are then packaged and distributed. The initiative has already amassed 27,100 letters from various locations including Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bhubaneshwar.

LonePack introduces the LonePack Buddy programme, offering a supportive environment for individuals to discuss their thoughts freely. Trained volunteers provide this service at no cost, ensuring anonymity and non-judgmental support. Users can sign up and engage in conversations with these trained volunteers on any topic of concern, knowing that while they offer understanding and assistance, they are not licensed mental health professionals and their guidance should not be considered medical advice. This online peer support system aims to provide accessible and confidential assistance to those in need, fostering healthy discussions and emotional support.
