Annual Programmes
Parents' Meet (Palak Melava) fosters the vital connection between parents, teachers, and students, recognizing the family's significance in Indian society. Trips, considered potent educational tools, occur twice a year, combining one-day monsoon visits to significant places in Marathwada with longer, diverse explorations post-Diwali. The Summer Happy Camp, a 10-day break for students outside the Gurukul, emphasizes creativity, nature immersion, and skill-building activities. Gurupournima celebrates the Gurukul's founding on July 21, evaluating the past and planning the future. Birthdays of Pandit Deendayalji and Shri. Nanaji are celebrated to introduce them and nurture hidden qualities in students and teachers. An annual health check-up camp is conducted by a team of Beed-based doctors.

Social Development Programmes
Social development involves two key aspects: individual development and a profound understanding of the current social milieu. Gurukul organises various programmes addressing these facets. Emphasizing every individual's responsibility as a citizen, the Gurukul nurtures interpersonal skills, instills a sense of duty, and fosters effective communication, promoting self-reliance. To prepare students for the future, vocational training in activities like chalk-making and screen printing is provided. Sensitizing students to societal issues involves engaging with newspapers, magazines, dialogues, group discussions, and interacting with local communities to comprehend problems in detail.
-
Psychological Programmes
Cultivating a balanced and self-disciplined mind is paramount for success, as a negatively motivated and restless mind can contribute to societal and health issues. Gurukul diverges from traditional schooling by prioritizing comprehensive mind training. Scientific research supports the notion that the schooling period is crucial for effective mind training. Gurukul employs evidence-based techniques to train both the conscious and unconscious mind, fostering better psychological development. Programmes include symbiotic co-living, group familial life, vocational activities, regular meditation, festive celebrations, parent communication, personal counselling, communal dining, healthy habits, individual quality development, and weekly contemplation on various topics.
-
Intellectual Development Programme
The nucleus of personality development lies in intellectual growth, a global educational objective affirmed by scientific research. Gurukul's education system employs constructive strategies, emphasizing both students' and teachers' creativity. Key elements for intellectual development include welfare and value-based rational thinking and creativity. The intellectual development programmes encompass an approved curriculum, participation in competitive exams, e-learning, project-based learning, utilization of natural resources, creative teaching and learning activities, computer education, a well-equipped library, scientific experiments, educational tours, weekly displays of 'Good Thoughts,' mental training, spoken English focus, competition preparation, expert guidance, and TV news viewing.
-
Environmental Conservation Programme
Environmental science is imparted to students through hands-on experiences rather than solely through textbooks. Initiatives include the One Tree Adoption Plan, where each student and teacher cares for a plant annually, documented regularly. Pre-monsoon plantation activities surround the Gurukul, and a Government-supported nursery distributes 2000-3000 saplings annually. Protection of mountain trees and special care for peacocks in the nearby sanctuary are emphasized. Energy conservation involves utilizing non-traditional sources like solar energy for residential and public spaces, addressing power cut challenges, and sustainable wood production for fuel.
