Montessori education welcomes over 150 students annually. The teachers undergo rigorous in-house training in the Montessori method, ensuring they are well-equipped to guide students effectively. The curriculum emphasizes physical, emotional, and social exercises, aiming to foster a love for learning in each child.

The School Enrichment Program
The School Enrichment Program aims to establish a qualitative learning environment by implementing activity-based learning strategies. By focusing on holistic development, especially in schools lacking material resources, the program seeks to enhance opportunities for students. Additionally, it conducts training sessions for teachers to improve their teaching methodologies. Moreover, Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and home visits are organized to increase parental engagement in the educational process, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment for students.

Nisarga Pathshala
Nisarga Pathshala offers open classes every Sunday for senior secondary students, focusing on subjects like English, life skills essentials, Mathematics, and Science, supplemented with engaging activities. Additionally, undergraduate and postgraduate students are involved in the Nisargavedh project, which includes activities such as water conservation construction, plant maintenance, nursery care, and de-weeding efforts.

Girls Empowerment Project
The Girls Empowerment Project focuses on the social and emotional development of adolescent girls and boys, aiming to empower them with essential knowledge about topics such as menstrual cycle and hygiene, gender identity, sexual violence awareness, and self-defense techniques. Additionally, the project offers spoken English training to enhance communication skills. Furthermore, it provides dry ration distribution to 90 families to support their basic needs.

English Conversation
The English Conversation project, which has been running for 15 years, focuses on enhancing fluency in the language. Through personalized one-on-one teaching sessions, participants experience significant improvements in their English speaking abilities over time.

Teacher Training
Teacher Training, overseen by the Montessori Association of India and Vandana Kanoria, offers an avenue for ongoing professional growth. Graduates have the chance to pursue employment opportunities in a range of NGOs and private schools. Many students find employment at Chip Montessori School and tuition centers upon completion of the program.
