The Foundation ties up with It Gets Better Project – a global platform to uplift, empower, and connect the LGBTQ+ community. The Foundation aims to create a platform that will enable people from the community to share their stories with pride, sans judgement. This will, in turn, create awareness about the issues faced by them. The motto of the Foundation is to Embrace, Empower, and Mainstream the LGBTQIA+ community. With a feeling of acceptance and belonging, the Foundation aims to: Provide skilling opportunities to the LGBTQ community Sensitize workspaces to accept diversity as a way of life Work towards gender neutral policies and benefits These efforts are all centred around one goal—usher the community into the mainstream by putting an end to discrimination.

Mental Health Services
The primary focus of the Keshav Suri Foundation's (KSF) work has always been on mental health concerns for and with the gay community. The charity has raised awareness of the issues with mental health that the LGBTQIA+ community faces and has been striving to address them through holding talks, doing different workshops, and offering regular counselling sessions.
The Keshav Suri Foundation is pleased to have started providing the LGBTQIA+ community with free mental health treatments! KSF provides free psychological counselling and psychotherapy to people who identify as queer.
Milestones & Track Record
The foundation has become the official affiliate for the It Gets Better Project in India and collaborated with Stonewall UK and Pride Circle to introduce India's first Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) for corporates.
