About
Trilochan Netralaya is a unit of Vision India Foundation which was started by Dr.Shiva in 2008 with a mission to eliminate avoidable blindness in Wes Read moretern Odisha. We aim to develop a chain of eye hospital in rural, tribal Odisha and establish Trilochan Netralaya as an excellent social enterprise in comprehensive eye care for all. Since inception it has restored sight to 95000 poor blind people of rural Odisha. With its 3 branches, it caters to 10 million population in 12 districts of Odisha. It also educates and empowers college drop out girls for their dignified livelihood.
