Paras India, a national level non-governmental organization, which is currently working in four states of India- Delhi, UP, MP and Chhattisgarh. We work with the most marginalized sections of the society, primarily in education, capacity building, women empowerment, awareness, disaster management, and health. It’s our prime endeavour to bring those into mainstream who have been historically and socially sidelined to ensure active participation in the democratic process and bring dignity to their life. We work primarily with the children, adolescents, and women of the tribal and slum dwellers. For us, the Gandhian slogan  "Be the Change you want to see ”, is not just a fancy statement but our core idea and driving force. MISSION - Our mission is to create leadership within the communities to inspire others. We ought to support people in acquiring educational, social and economic equality. We aspire communities to transform from rags to riches and disseminate knowledge as an accelerator towards change. Sustaining our efforts with a long-term commitment towards an integrated development approach. Working in partnerships, theme-based staff development and customize methodologies and tools to carry out innovative and applied programme development.
