Educational Support
The Trust has assisted in providing financial support for numerous students from low-income households to attend school during the past ten years. In addition, the Trust has worked on the following initiatives:
Restoring a Tribal Welfare School that suffered damage during the 2015 floods in Chennai Along with purchasing books, stationary, a water purifier, and a water tank, thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and restrooms, and giving the entire school building a whitewash, one of the main tasks was constructing the school compound wall.2016 saw the reconstruction and establishment of a library and enrichment centre at the Seva Samajam Children's Home. Two of the main tasks of this project included constructing the student library and the enrichment activity hall.
The Seva Samajam Children's Home has been sponsoring awards for the winners of its annual talent promotion activities since 2016. This sponsorship program is ongoing.
