ISWS is a Non-government organization established on 1/4/95 as per society registration Act rule 1860 and Mumbai public trust Act-1950. Mr. A.G.Beleka Read morer is a founder of an organisation which they work for poor, tribal and rural peoples so that these people can educate, empower, and develop their own social and economical status that included in order to provide support for their sustainable development. In these 24 years, our organization has been actively involved in the coordination process of the voluntary organized in Gondia district NGOs and capable of implementing and managing the programs of rural development. The Dedicated Members of ISWS are Young, Educated, Experienced Professional, Having deep knowledge of fieldwork. With the continuous efforts by dedicated and experienced professional social workers ISWS has spread its root to 10 blocks of Gondia & Bhandara District & tackles the grass root level problem and trying to providing livelihood opportunities to the rural population. Vision:- The main vision of the organization is to educate, empower the women and child health, overall development of poor, Adivasi, rural areas people. Mission:- To empower Adivasi, Dalit, to bring social awareness in Adivasi, tribal and other poor people towards their right of education, health and social-economical development.

NABARD- JLG Program (2021 to up to date)
Through an alliance with NABARD, ISWS forms JLGs for 340 women and men in four blocks (the Gondia District's Amgaon, Goregaon, Salekasa, and Gondia). For commercial purposes, JLG includes members who are poor, needy, and both BPL and non-BPL. establishing a connection with VKGB bank and giving 132 JLG a bank loan.

CHILDLINE Project
The program is being implemented in rural and trible areas of Gondia district by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, CHILDLINE Indian Foundation, and ISWS in collaboration. The program's role is to assist missing and abused children, domestic child workers, runaway children, and children in need of medical assistance by calling the 1098 toll-free number, which serves as CHILDLINE's call center. We answer calls on the 1098 CHILDLINE service and work around the clock. A center coordinator is assigned by ISWS to oversee a group of nine people who answer calls and provide assistance in emergency situations.
