The programme revolves around haemodialysis, a vital treatment for patients with kidney failure. Through its Medi-Dialysis Centre, it provides expert-led haemodialysis, using advanced machines to cleanse blood and manage electrolytes. BMRFT aims to ease financial strain by offering this crucial service at minimal costs. This process involves the use of specialised access points like AV fistulas, grafts, or catheters, filtering toxins and excess fluid from the blood. Sessions, lasting 3 to 5 hours, are typically conducted thrice weekly, initially in hospitals or clinics and potentially transitioning to home-based care under medical guidance.

At its Medi-Dialysis Centre, BMRFT integrates world-class dialysis with meditation practices to holistically treat renal disorders. This approach combines renal replacement therapy with Preksha Meditation, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle changes, aiming to enhance patients' overall well-being. Meditation, a method involving deep focus and relaxation, addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual facets. Specifically, the Jain philosophy of Preksha Dhyaan harmonizes mind, body, and soul for enduring relief from chronic renal issues. Patients undergoing haemodialysis often suffer from insomnia, anxiety, and stress. BMRFT utilizes guided meditation alongside dialysis, aiming to improve patients' biochemistry and overall quality of life through transformative meditation techniques personalized for individual care plans.
