National Development Youth Club is affiliated to the Nehru Yuva Kendra Poonch an autonomous body under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India and the area of operation is the whole of Jammu & Kashmir. National Development Youth Club has elected its Management/Executive with its clear role and responsibilities for the smooth management of the organization. National Development Youth Club is working for the upliftment of downtrodden strata of the society, has organized various awareness programs for the welfare of Women, Children, and Youth. National Development Youth Club has also organized various health programs under Reproductive & Child Health (RCH) and has been appointed as Mother NGO in National Health Mission by Health and Family Welfare Department and has well experience in health programs. The organization has organized various vocational training programs, Women empowerment programs in different areas of Poonch Distt. It also formulated women’s SHG and linked them with various schemes. The organization has well-experienced persons for undertaking the various activities for the welfare & empowerment of women. The organization has been appointed as a collab Organization for District Poonch to run CHILDLINE 1098 an emergency outreach services for the Children in Need of Care and Protection by CHILDLINE India Foundation (CIF), a Mother NGO of Ministry of Women and Child Development under Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS).  The organization is running 24 X 7 an emergency Helpline 1098 for Children in Poonch since 2018 with well-experienced staff and well-equipped infrastructure. The organization is working for the welfare of children and providing a safety net to the Children under Juvenile Justice (Children Care and Protection) Act 2015 by organizing outreach awareness programs and open house awareness programs supports to the needy children.
