Mobile medical van
The mission of the organisation is to foster a healthy and thriving rural community, eradicating medical and health hazards with the aid of top-tier medical professionals. It aims to serve both rural and urban Indian populations through an extensive fleet of over 1001 mobile healthcare vans. The primary goal is to reach and treat every individual in need, resolving all conceivable medical issues across inaccessible regions using mobile medical vans (MMVs).

The organisation conducts regular medical camps in urban and rural regions. It has completed over 29,700 Medical camps, benefiting more than 8 million patients. It has conducted 15,000 Health and Hygiene awareness seminars nationwide. The organisation operates 22 million Mobile Medical Vans across India.
It achieved Guinness World Record and Asia Book of Record for hosting the World's Largest Free General Medical Camp on 19th Feb, 2017, catering to 300,000 patients at MMRDA Ground, BKC, Bandra (East) Mumbai - India. It has set a milestone in Gujarat by serving 185,900 patients on a single day, with 165,000 patients insured for Rs.200,000 each on the occasion of the 147th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd Oct 2016.
