The Foundation aims to revive a holistic understanding of yoga's limbs, presenting them as a comprehensive fitness and therapeutic science that combines ancient Indian wisdom with modern scientific approaches. Rooted in core values like Seva (selfless service) and Dana (unconditional generosity), the Foundation operates based on Karma yoga principles, nurturing qualities such as acceptance, gratitude, helpfulness, and generosity. Dana, demonstrated through unconditional donations, supports the Foundation's charitable initiatives, enabling courses to be provided either free of charge or at a nominal cost. Participants are encouraged to embody the yogic quality of generosity through voluntary giving, aligning with Buddha's teachings on the 'perfected virtue' of Dana.
