We have kept all the concerns pertaining to the society's bett Read moreerment in our mind and worked day in and day out to bring necessary changes at the root level all through these years. Our major initiatives deal with some prime issues in the society like Education, Food, Women Status, Health, Disaster Relief and Environment Protection. Under all these initiatives, we try to catch the problems first hand and put in efforts to make it impactful there only. Our initiative- "AAHAR (Food For All)-the Monthly Ration Suvidha" works for the senior citizens, pregnant women, needy, handicapped, single parents, etc. By this we ensure that atleast everyone gets two square meals a day. Our "Women Empowerment" initiative works on the 4S Principle- Sabla, Saksham, SHGs (Self Help Groups) and Sakhi Baithaks. It aims to make women self reliant, skilled for employability, financially independent, intellectually aware and physically strong. Under our "Environmental Protection" initiative lies the belief of sustainability. We carry out all the needful environmental restoration-aimed campaigns like Mission Clean, Mission Green with cleanliness drives, plantation drives,environment purification hawans etc. to inculcate a habit of caring for mother nature. Under our "Health for all" initiative, we organize free health check-up bootcamps in different areas, educating women (sakhi baithaks) about menstrual hygeine, mental health, etc. Under our "Disaster Relief initiative", we make tremendous efforts to provide relief kits, family kits, clothes, food and all the basic essential items at the disaster sites. Even today, we are working relentlessly to provide aid(dry ration, masks, hygiene kits) to the Corona-hit families, daily wage earners and migrant workers. Another vision of ours is ABC's (Aadharshila Bachpan Club, Aadharshila Basic Courses, Aadharshila Bachelor's Club etc.) which revolves around people from all walks of life and works to ease each life at a time. It believes that all round development of children, youth & women can improve the quality of life for everyone in the community. We are still learning and we aim to learn each day as it goes by. This process of continuous learning keeps us motivated to work, help and benefit each life attain it's maximum potential that lies in it. Together, we rise !!!!
