Since our birth in 2013, SHRS has been able to focus on the community level system and stigma through regular awareness programs connected with mental health involving Parents, Teachers, Students, Community Leaders, and Local Government representatives, etc. Public welfare is a key factor in Civil Society. It is very exciting field. The modern concept of public welfare is not very different from the traditional concept but the management styles have been changed. The old concept was based on the physical movement of works. In the modern concept, welfare in human activities directed to satisfying the needs and want through excellent management process. So, it can be define “Public welfare is a social and managerial process by which individual and group obtained what they need and want through knowing and solving problems by keeping originality in works with others. In this regard we have worked in various developmental fields and the central Govt./State Govt./ District Administration/ Legislatures have appreciated our developmental works.
