Programs

  • Vocational Training Plan

Their aptitude, needs, and occupational abilities are taken into consideration while creating an Individualised Occupational Training Plan (IVTP). And over two years. Every apprentice has a set quarterly goal at the task level, which is reviewed by an outside team. Their abilities are assessed by "On the Job Training" (OJT), which is assessed every six months.

After completing the two years of training, students are prepared to work in an assisted setting and move on with newly gained skills at the task or product levels. Maithree offers apprentices the option to begin an assisted workshop as independent players or to receive placement chances at their current vocation centres.
