In August 2019, the 'Inclusive Anganwadi Training' initiative was launched to convert rural Anganwadis into inclusive early education centres. The goal was to enhance the skills of local Anganwadi teachers in early disability identification and inclusive education. This involved conducting workshops on disability awareness, foundational learning, digital literacy, and inclusive education skills. Additionally, each Anganwadi received a 'mini-library' of multi-sensory play and learning materials.

Currently, the programme operates in 100 Anganwadis, with plans to extend to all 300 in the Karjat block by 2030, fostering an ecosystem of inclusive education.

In June 2022, Samaaveshi launched a pilot initiative with a ZP primary school in Kashele village (Karjat), focusing on infrastructural improvements and implementing inclusive education for primary grades. By 2023, the project expanded to a second ZP school within Kashele gram panchayat. The approach includes enhancing school infrastructure, deploying full-time teachers, and supporting the education of over 70 primary students, including six children with disabilities.

In June 2024, Samaaveshi extended the programme to all five ZP primary schools situated in Kashele gram panchayat, comprising 300+ students - majority from low-income Katkari tribal communities - aimed showcasing Kashele as 'a model village for inclusive education'.
