Football for Her, an initiative by Anahat For Change Foundation, engages 30 adolescent girls in Murshidabad's Kandi block, aiming to empower them and foster confidence through football. Utilizing football as a tool, not only promotes school retention and leadership among girls but also serves as therapy for those marginalized by society. The project seeks to reduce dropout rates, child marriage, and gender-based violence while providing a platform for girls' empowerment and career advancement opportunities with support from the Indian Football Association. Through community engagement and grassroots efforts, it endeavours to challenge stereotypes and promote harmony and prosperity in underserved areas.

Project Unnati, an initiative by Anahat For Change Foundation, empowers underprivileged women in West Bengal by providing knowledge and skills for sustainable menstruation. Through workshops and training sessions, over 100 women learn to make reusable cloth pads, addressing the lack of affordable sanitary products and promoting environmental sustainability. By bridging the gap in menstrual care supply chains and educating communities, Unnati not only improves socio-economic conditions but also spreads awareness about menstrual hygiene. Operating in South 24 Paraganas, Nadia, and Darjeeling districts, it aims to reduce marginalization and empower women to lead healthier lives while contributing positively to the environment.
