Foun Read moreded by Nirmal Kumar (Retired IAS, Ex-Special Secretary for Medical & Health and Higher Education with UP Government, Author) with the philosophy of “no child left behind”, we have evolved to include an integrated community development approach, across impact domains, reaching 1K+beneficiaries. We believe a Wholesome Childhood, Universal Healthcare and Inclusive Quality Education, followed by the provision of Livelihood Skills is the noblest way to fight deep-rooted socio-economic inequities (SDGs 2,3,4 & 10). The same is reflected in our programmes for adopted communities (Gejha, S.K-1 and S.K-2 in Noida, Sector 93): (1) ‘Gaia Anandam School’, provides free & holistic education to kids aged 6 to 14 along with nutritious MANNA Mid-Day Meals.  (2) ‘Udbhav Skills’ trains young adults (with a gender focus on women) in vocations aligned with ‘Skill India’ scheme; workshops helping women from disadvantaged backgrounds / Low Literacy Households become Financially Independent and Self-Aware of their rights, especially in the domestic and financial realm.  (3) Regular medical camps for health check-ups for the underserved, covering a range of medical issues including eyecare, maternal & menstrual health, vaccinations for children, etc.
