Founded in February 2011, The Majolly Music Trust is the realization of a long cherished dream of Founder-Director Neecia Majolly. With fellow trustee Read more Rajendra Chaturvedi (CEO of Theme Piano Company), the Trust is committed to the highest standards of music performance and teaching. Based in Bangalore (out of the Founder-Trustee’s residence in K G Halli, with a branch in Whitefield), the Trust offers training in piano and voice with one of the best teaching faculties in the country, besides training aspiring music teachers, promoting young talent, creating scholarships, and organising concerts and competitions (on a national level) to promote and encourage music. All proceeds go towards its Outreach programmes for underprivileged children and our unique PENSION FUND for aged and infirm musicians, believed to be the first of its kind in India.
Action
The Trust provides music education, organizes concerts for young performers, and offers a pension fund for aged and infirm musicians and is launching a scholarship fund for aspiring young musicians who are financially unable to pursue their music studies.

Femusica
Femusica is an all-female choir that was founded in February 2019 by Neecia Majolly to perform music composed exclusively by women. On September 7, 2019, it had a triumphant debut in Chennai. The choir has performed pieces by the mystic Hildegard von Bingen from the Middle Ages to compositions by Neecia Majolly herself, all of which were influenced by the #MeToo movement.
Milestones & Track Record
The Trust has organized notable performances like Handel's 'Messiah' in 2001 and released the first Western classical music album in India in 2009.
