The goal of the skill development programme is to help SHG members hone their abilities so they may utilise them to support themselves. We offer several skill training programmes to the socially disadvantaged groups in society. We typically assist them with bank connections so they can open their own business in addition to providing skill training. NISARGA coordinates the training in conjunction with several government agencies and business enterprises.

One village in each Taluk is authorised to participate in the Village Development Programme. Families that are OBC, SC, or ST must be a part of the project. The development projects for each community are planned and carried out by the residents themselves under the VDP. The VDP is facilitated by NABARD and local NGOs. NISARGA is in charge of the Village Development Programme in Hosadurga.
