Since the year 2003, Manav Seva Educational and Charitable trust are working for the neediest section of the society in Sanand Block. Manav Seva thema Read moretic area covers health, education, natural resource management and the environment. During the year 2019 -20 Manav Seva reached more than 16000 lives through its various projects. From which about 4620 lives belong to SC /ST population. Manav Seva Reaches its target group through its various innovative programmes such as Environment education activities in schools also include exposure visits of school children, organizing events like balmela and science fair and meetings of the school management committee. Reaching to mothers and children through health awareness programmes such as mothers meetings, health check-up camps and providing supplementary food. Manav Seva includes school and Anganwadi children and teacher’s plantation activities. Village community leader’s man and women both come forward to take ownership of the programme. To ensure programme sustainability Manav Seva Trust always tries to create synergy and brings various government department and other funding agency on its platform. Various departments include the forest department, health department, Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) wing, education department, district rural development agency, water supply department. Manav Seva works in close coordination with the block Panchayat and the village Panchayat.
