The organisation was registered in November 2014, under the Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act. 1973, with registration number – 03/32/01/17444/14 The organization is based in the Khalwa block of Khandwa district, state M.P. Musht Samaj Sewa Samiti has been exerting actively for the social and economic welfare of marginalized Korku tribal community. The organization’s efforts encompass areas like culture preservation, education, agriculture, livelihood, and skill-building among tribal youths of the block. For the past 6 years, the organization has successfully carried out a number of standalone and collaborative programs with the aim of solving challenges posed before the Korku tribe . With the aim to provide quality education by focusing on activity-based learning and the usage of teaching-learning materials in the classroom to engage the students in the learning process so that they can improve their learning according to their respective class and ages. In the current COVID19 situation the organisation is trying to provide primary health care services as well as food security among the tribal rural people
