This organization has been implementing various projects for them such as the formation of SHG, conducting special child labour school, self-employment generation activities for youths and women, inculcating the habit of using toilets through constructing toilets, sensitizing the community on Disaster management and other social issues namely malnutrition, poor health, poor education quality etc. Since its inception, the organization has been continuously executing the above developmental programme through various promotional agencies, Government and Non-Government institutions. The promoter and chief of this organization is a well-experienced resource person in entrepreneurship development and has conducted many training programmes on technology-based rural entrepreneurship development for 15 years and he has vast knowledge on health and sanitation issues. Together with having such an experience he has a good liaising with local civil society organization in and nearby district as well as with block and district administration. Vision: Develop a society where children, women and adolescent can be healthy and lead a better life. (The organisation envisages empowered women, adolescent and youths can contribute his role for nation-building in terms of useful knowledge with an emphasis on human resource and social development). Mission: To empower women and adolescent in terms of status (social & economic) of control over the resources and access to services providing them with an opportunity to enhance knowledge & skill through training. Objectives: To set up a new type of self-help groups with resourceless rural people. To develop the skills of the neglected sections of the society so that it serves as an income generation activity. To make a Corpus Fund for groups & Community & provide them training. To Provide support to resourceless in all sectors. To improve status & position of women & poor in society. To promote community-based programs.  To promote the interest of people in the environment and sanitation. To tender services to the women, children & youths of the country for their actual moral, social and legal rights. To prepare people for natural disaster providing capacity building programs. To create a sense of brotherhood, co-operation, mutual harmony, love and affection among the members and the general public.  To organize seminars & training workshop for the upliftment of the neglected section of the society.
